Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the UK and Europe only. We are working on offering shipping to the USA and expect this to launch later in the year. Sign up to the mailing list to keep informed.
Which shipping courier do you use?
We only use Royal Mail as they are (a) the most reliable and (b) provide the most effective tracking to ensure your items arrive safely.
What packaging do you use?
We use clean packaging, recycled where possible. This is to (a) reduce our environmental impacts and (b) minimise costs, keeping our products at the lowest possible prices for you, our wonderful customers. We always package all items carefully in strong solid boxes with the correct packaging to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.
What are your shipping costs?
For a limited time, we offer free shipping on all purchases to UK and Europe. Following this, items are sent via Royal Mail, tracked, and where possible combined to minimise cost (calculated at checkout).
What's your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them (have not been opened, used or damaged). Faulty items are tested on return and where possible a replacement or refund will be offered. We do not cover return shipping costs. For any returns queries, please contact us via the message centre on the home page.
Can I collect my items from you?
Yes! You are welcome to collect anything from me at the events I attend across the United Kingdom — I'm always happy to see you :) Please check the events page for upcoming shows.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers will launch later this year. Keep an eye on the site or sign up to the mailing list for updates.
Do you buy collections?
Yes! All items are considered and we travel all over the UK for large collections. Collections are reviewed and appraised, then discussed with you to ensure a fair deal that you are happy with. No obligation to say yes to any offer made. Just drop a message via the contact form on the home page.
